Today's Message: Follow His Will Only
It is of utmost importance that we steadfastly read the life-giving, inspired Word of God and follow the will of God as recorded in it.

Many people are deceived into thinking that going to a church, giving tithe, and helping others will get them right with God. However, they fail to realize that if they do not know Christ, and I mean know the true Christ and have accepted Him as so, God does not recognize them. Chapter 64 is a continuation of chapter 63, in which God is speaking to the church through Isaiah. These people discussed here have said that they are holy and serving God, yet God has not been aware of it.As when the melting fire burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence! When thou didst terrible things which we looked not for, thou camest down, the mountains flowed down at thy presence. For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: behold, thou art wroth; for we have sinned: in those is continuance, and we shall be saved. ” - Isaiah 64:2-5. God's adversaries are the nations and people that have refused to believe God's Word and follow His ways, they are the ones that this fire is aimed at. The question you have to ask yourself is, “Am I going to wait for the true Messiah or am I going to accept the false christ?”God has warned us time and time again that there will be many false prophets, claiming to,be Christ, if they do not line up with the True Word of God then they are liars and you are being deceived.

Those that remember Christ and His ways, are the ones that will rejoice and work righteousness. However, God is saying that He is angry with those that not only sin, but enjoy continuing in their sins without any thought of repentance. When we do sin even after we have been saved, and we come to our Heavenly Father in repentance in Jesus name, then He knows our hearts, and will continue to provide protection for us. However, if we are not sincere He will cause suffering. “
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” - Galatians 6:7,8. Our Father sent His only begotten son to be born in the flesh for the sole sake of providing a way for anyone that desires to come back to Him. When we do, His Spirit touches us, and cleanses our hearts and minds, and in His love we are saved. Then, the wall that He builds around us will protect us from our enemies, and the ones that would do us harm, on every side.

During Isaiah's time, most of the northern kingdom were carried away captive by the Assyrians during the reign of wicked King Pekah. Through Isaiah God said, “
I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name. I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;” - Isaiah 65:1,2. The Word of God is where you look when you want to find the Lord, God speaks of the many nations that have found the Lord that are not of the tribes of Israel. Although God had reached out to them, they had not responded to Him, instead they had gone their own ways. Your own thoughts are the traditions of men, those created in times past, from our ancestors. When those thoughts go against the Word of God, then they become actual traditions of men. The only standard that we are to take for living as God would have us live, are by the Words that God gave the Prophets and Apostles that are written in His Holy Word. God is telling us to stop and take a close look at His Word and see what He wants from you. Though the generations before us were rebellious, what is important, is that we know the truth. When we read God's Word and ask the Holy Spirit, He will illuminate our understanding of life's complicated problems. Jesus said, “I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.” - John 16:12-14.

Today's Prayer:
Dear God,
Lord, we long to hear Your voice which gives us direction, affirmation, conviction, reproof, and comfort.  Help us with the spiritual exercise of observing how You are working in our own heart and in the lives of those around us. Faithful and True God, just as You formed the universe with Your own hands, You also shape the human heart with Your own Spirit, bringing it into conformity to Your will for our lives.  Help us to surrender ourselves fully to You so that we are among those who have supernatural faith which makes us confident of what we hope for and certain of what You can do for us. In Jesus' Name...........Amen.

Have a wonderful and blessed day/night and enjoy the rest of your week.
