Message:
Where
Will I Be?
While
each and every one of us will have to go before Jesus on Judgment
Day, we have to ask ourselves one very important question, “Where
Will I Be?” Will you be able to stand before God knowing that You
have accepted Jesus as your Savior>
Sometime in the near
future there will come a time when Christ, the King of kings, will
appear before all mankind and those who have been rebellious of God
will face judgment. “And
I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were
the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a
bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering,
and to conquer. And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the
second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that
was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace
from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was
given unto him a great sword. And when he had opened the third seal,
I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a
black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his
hand..........And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the
voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold
a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell
followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part
of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death,
and with the beasts of the earth. And when he had opened the fifth
seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the
word of God, and for the testimony which they held:.......... And I
beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great
earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the
moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth,
even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a
mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled
together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their
places. ….........For the great day of his wrath is come; and who
shall be able to stand?”
- Revelation 6:1-5, 7-9. 12-14,17. Christ, the Lamb of God came to
the earth to show God's love for all who receive Him as their Savior.
Many have refused His love and have chosen to remain under control of
the devil who keeps them captive. Sadly, all who stay under his
control will face judgment. The question is “Who will be able to
stand?” In other words, anyone that has with the bottom of their
heart and soul trusted Jesus Christ as his/her Savior will be able to
stand. All the rest will see the destruction of the world, it is
going to literally be a war between good and evil only Satan knows
that he will not win this war, but that does not stop him from taking
millions of people with him.
The book of Revelation is often
the most controversial subject to talk about as this book has had so
many twists and turns from people that either think they know what
they are talking about or have re-written the book to suit their
religion or beliefs. The truth is that Judgment Day is coming and the
twelve tribes of Israel will rule the earth for a time as those whom
have been saved will await a new Jerusalem. “And
I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the
living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to
whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea, Saying, Hurt not the
earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the
servants of our God in their foreheads. And I heard the number of
them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty
and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of
Israel..........After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude,
which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people,
and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed
with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud
voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne,
and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne,
and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne
on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and
glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and
might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen..............And I
said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they
which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and
made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before
the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he
that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger
no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on
them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne
shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters:
and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
- Revelation 7:2-4,9-12,14-17. We are thrilled to read one of the
greatest promises of the Bible. There will be a multitude of
believers who have overcome the suffering and tribulations they faced
throughout their earthly journey to receive one of the greatest
rewards every gotten. This is a wonderful revelation that has
strengthened the faith of many Christians who have faced fierce
opposition from a hostile world.
While this is a pretty scary
thing to even imagine seeing, one thing we as Christian's can be sure
of, we will be saved from it all. Each generation of believers who
have their hearts set upon living for Jesus have always been a small
minority. However, the total population of heaven will be a great
multitude, which no man could number. These faithful Christians may
not have had much of earth's pleasures, but life is exceedingly short
compared to eternity. The trials we face now will seem insignificant
compared to the glorious privilege of being in the presence of the
King of kings for all eternity. Praise God!
Happy Birthday
Jesus!
Have a wonderful and blessed day/night Merry Christmas.
God
Bless You,
Christina
