Dear God,

Lord, You have blessed us with so much, You have given life to all who believe and receive Your Son.

We are saved only by trusting in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and He alone not only saves us from hell,

but brings us out of every mess that we have gotten ourselves into over the years without Him.

How merciful You are, how wonderful You are, to save a sinner like me.

Dear God,

Lord, we are reminded that Your Word does not return void, but accomplishes that which You desire.

It is a lamp unto my feet and a light for my path.

Your Word is divinely inspired and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness so that I can become the godly example You chose me to be.

I am grateful for the guidance I receive daily through faithfully reading and applying Scripture to my live.

I love You, Lord, I love Your Word and I pray in Jesus' name...

Dear God,

Lord, I am thankful for the inspiration of the Holy Scriptures that provide an objective and accurate guide for every season of my life.

The Bible is a lamp unto my feet and a light for the path that lies before me.

It comforts, teaches, convicts, corrects, and trains me in the ways of Jesus Christ, who is my light.

Though many will choose other authorities to guide their lives, I choose Your Holy Word to equip me for the works You have called me to do.

Dear God,

Still today I can not understand why You trust me with Your precious Word,

but I do understand that I am a witness to the amazing life that You have given me just in the few short years that I vowed to let Your Son work in my life.

Thank You Lord, for everything that You have done for me, You literally pulled me up out of the pit I was trapped in and for that I am grateful.

You are my Lord and Savior, I believe in the sacrifice that You made for me, and I put my faith and trust in You that one day I will see You face to face and all my efforts to serve You will not be void.

I know my works do not get me into heaven, but they do show You just how thankful I am of what You have done for me and how much I love You.
